At S&B Fashion, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. All products are made to order and begin production after your purchase is confirmed.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET may begin processing the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • United States & Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 5–12 business days

Total estimated delivery time includes processing time plus shipping time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Customs & International Orders

For international shipments, customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. S&B Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
