  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Exceptions apply if:

  • The item received is incorrect


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
